Capri is on the petite side with a rather small frame and skinny body. She wears a black eye patch over her right, blind eye. Her hair is cut short and slightly ruffled. She wears loose clothing and is mistaken for a boy sometimes, until the inquiring person hears her soft voice. She is fond of dark colored clothing (purple, deep green or just plain black). At times she chooses to wear skirts and boots.

Her PB is Chrome Dokuro from Katekyo Hitman Reborn!.

Capri is aloof, but blunt. She says what she wants to say, but in such a way that the other person can’t accuse her of mouthing him or her off. She is usually observant and takes care to only speak what she truly sees—she shies away from predicting the future (because of what has happened to her, and how her future always “betrayed” her predictions, in a way).

She is also fond of using quotes in conversation. She won’t send a quote your way every time she speaks to a person, but she will do so in good timing. She probably won’t explain what she means by it unless the other person asks her. It’s strange, but that’s simply how she is—she saves unneeded words at the back of her head and never voices them (or tries to, anyway) and gets straight to the point of things.

Talk to her about some of her favorite books, however, and she’ll be quite eager and happy to converse with you. She’s not mean, just careful with whom she gets to know due to all the misfortunes that befell her acquaintances and close ones before.

Also, she doesn’t exactly have a temper. She’ll simply tell you she doesn’t like you, and you can go away because she won’t talk to you unless you make her like you again. :(

From an Italian descent, Capri’s parents actually gave birth to her in their homeland. When she turned six, they moved to the United States and thus became immigrants; they started a business in Los Angeles, which successfully branched out enough to send Capri to a private boarding school in another state. They wanted her to gain independence as quickly as she could, if only in behavioral terms.

But ever since her education started, a string of madness began to follow her. Her favorite teacher in elementary school gradually went insane until she had to be hospitalized; her best friends got into a number of dangerous accidents, resulting in the death of one and the loss of Capri’s right eye (they were in the car together when the accident happened). As time progressed and more people around her continued to get hurt in a mysterious manner, Capri chose to dive into the world of books, where the others—the characters—stayed safe and sound. Despite the dark-colored clothes that she wears, she has trouble comprehending the concept of death, in real life or in fiction, and often goes into momentary denial about it until she learns to accept that the person/character is “gone,” not “dead.”

Her relationship with her parents at the moment is distant, yet strangely loving; they wish the best for her, but they are also afraid of her because of this odd bad luck that has followed her entire life. They sometimes even blame themselves for it, wondering if their wrongdoings from the past have accumulated into her birth; only Capri truly believes that the world is a cruel place and she should be as careful as possible crossing it to the next world (if there is one, beyond this life—she would very much like to think this unfortunate life is not her last).

She has also been creating her own fictional world since she was fifteen. She hasn’t named it yet, but has many characters living in her head that she calls by numbers. She uses this place in her mind to get away from life when she needs to. Her extraordinary writing ability has impressed many people since childhood, and luckily for her, she also ended up leaving a good mark in the minds of Countshire application judges as well. Thus, she decided to come to Countshire on a scholarship.
